This system is designed to provide thorough support for certification, classroom startup, and sales activities while you learn to make gluten-free specialty “rice bread.”
You’ll develop not only your bread-making techniques but also your ability to communicate and teach. Even beginners can aim to reach the level of opening a class or launching sales within six months.

When you start teaching classes, you will often receive many questions from students about the role of ingredients and other technical details.
To ensure you can easily answer these questions, the recipe creator will explain everything during the lessons, starting from the meaning behind the ingredient ratios.

Practical Test Content
◆Test Procedure
Students will practice at home, bake the assigned bread, and submit it for review in the next lesson.
In-Person: The finished product will be evaluated during the next lesson.
Online: Please submit photos and videos of the finished product before the next lesson.
◆Practical Skills Test
The content of the practical test differs based on your desired specialization:
For Aspiring Instructors (Teaching Profession):
Conduct a demonstration lesson in the role of an instructor.
For Aspiring Sellers (Sales Profession):
Perform a practical demonstration using four to five times the standard recipe quantity, or
Demonstrate a unique, original arrangement recipe.
General Requirements:
You must prepare your own ingredients.
The test includes a Q&A session.
For Online Participants:
The practical test requires using a handheld camera to allow us to fully observe and confirm the entire bread-making process.

For those who “want to turn their passion into a career” or “start teaching at their own pace,” the Minapan License Program offers flexible learning options to fit your lifestyle, including in-person, online, and correspondence courses.
In-Person & Online License Course

These are in-person lessons held in Hiroshima Prefecture or online courses that can be attended from anywhere in the country. You can effectively learn the bread-making process and teaching methods by connecting with an instructor in real-time.
You can thoroughly master the practical skills, theory, and teaching methods in 6 months.
Correspondence License Course

This correspondence course allows you to learn at your own pace, unrestricted by time or location. You can study thoroughly to fit your lifestyle using video materials and handouts.
Our support system is complete even for the correspondence course, so you can study with confidence.
