Thank you very much for visiting the website of Minapan: Healthy Rice Flour and Raw Rice Bread Class among many other schools. I am the instructor, Mina Yamada.
I began studying health in my twenties, initially dedicating myself to rice flour bread making out of a strong desire for my family and children to stay healthy.
My journey into rice flour bread began with the pregnancy of my first child. After numerous failures and much persistent research, I finally perfected a fluffy and delicious 100% rice flour bread.
Driven by the desire to share this rice flour bread with a wider audience, I opened my own classroom. Motivated by student requests, I then independently developed my own raw rice bread recipes. Furthermore, to expand the possibilities of rice, I began partnering with local farmers.
Currently, in addition to in-person lessons in Hiroshima Prefecture, I also offer online classes to students across Japan and internationally, sharing the appeal of rice bread and the importance of health with many people.
We also offer an original licensing system for those who wish to turn rice bread making into a profession, and we have produced a large number of licensed instructors both nationally and overseas.
My sincere hope is that the making of rice bread enriches and brings more happiness to your life. I will continue my work with all my heart.

Mina
She worked at a dental clinic in Osaka and Kobe for eight years, while also studying the connection between the body and mind by attending a physical therapy school and qualifying as a meditation instructor.
While working at a specialized dental clinic that focused on holistic body healing, she was profoundly inspired by a rice flour bread gift from a patient. This led her to independently research and master the creation of rice flour and raw rice bread, developing her own unique recipes.
Within two years of opening her classroom, she has taught over 1,000 students residing across Japan and overseas.
Currently, while balancing the demands of raising children, she continues to conduct rice flour and raw rice bread lessons in various formats.
