What is Minapan?
I am Mina, the founder of “Minapan Recipes.” We teach gluten-free rice flour bread and raw rice bread making through in-person lessons in Hiroshima Prefecture and online lessons available nationwide. We value the appeal of “easy-to-make rice bread at home” and the importance of protecting health through diet. Through rice flour bread making, we support daily meals that are gentle on the body and safe for everyone, from children to the elderly. In addition to lessons, we also offer a licensing course for those who want to start a bread class as a business. We have produced licensed instructors throughout Japan and overseas, expanding our network of rice flour bread instructors.

In-person lesson

This is a special lesson held at the Hiroshima studio, where you learn directly from Mina, the original recipe creator and founder of Minapan.
To ensure even beginners learn with confidence, we carefully teach knowledge and techniques difficult to gain through self-study—such as the role of ingredients, handling rice flour, and mixing techniques.
A key reason for our class’s popularity is the ability to create numerous arrangements from a single recipe, greatly expanding the enjoyment of baking. We prioritize high-quality ingredients to make bread that is gentle on the body and safe to eat. We also provide individual after-lesson support so you can confidently reproduce the recipes and continue your learning at home.

Our Online Course Lessons allow you to take the same content offered at our studio from the comfort of your home, with participants joining from all over Japan and even overseas.
Using the Zoom format, we clearly and carefully teach everything from the fundamentals to advanced techniques for rice flour bread and raw rice bread. The content ensures you thoroughly learn key skills like handling rice flour, mixing tips, and the roles of ingredients.
All lessons include archived recordings, so even if you can’t join in real-time, you can take the course at your own pace. We also provide unlimited after-lesson support—you can ask questions anytime you encounter difficulties. The only required equipment is an oven with a fermentation function; no special machinery is needed, so you can easily start right in your home kitchen.
